Your goals are unique, and your training should be too. Whether you’re just getting started or pushing toward your next competition, we’ll begin by talking through both your short-term and long-term goals.

We can meet face-to-face or set up a video call—whatever works best for you. It’s important that I get to know you—your lifestyle, your mindset, your movement abilities. One-on-one time allows me to assess your mobility, strengths, and current ability level.

If an in-person or live session isn’t possible, no problem. Video submissions of your mobility and movement patterns will be essential so we can see exactly where we’re starting and build your program from there.

This is about you, and we’re building from the ground up —strong, smart, and sustainable.

**3 month commitment required as I believe it takes 12 weeks of consistency and hard work to begin to see and feel a difference.

**Month to month billing after the 3 months is complete.
